2.4 Identity Verification

bge99 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time. A National ID (NID), passport, or other valid documents may be requested for verification. Withdrawals may be temporarily put on hold until verification is complete.

3. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

bge99 supports fast and secure transactions through Bangladesh's popular Mobile Financial Services (MFS).

3.1 Deposit Conditions

• Deposits must be made only from registered payment methods.
• The payment source used must be in the same name as the registered account.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

3.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• Account identity verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.
• Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement for that bonus has been met.
• Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• bge99 reserves the right to carry out additional verification if any unusual transaction is detected.

4. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 How Wagering is Calculated

The wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit + bonus. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 20 = ৳24,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each member may claim each bonus offer only once.
• The applicable wagering requirement must be completed before a bonus can be converted to cash.
• bge99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• If any misuse of a bonus offer or fraudulent activity is detected, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Wagering must be completed before bonus balance winnings can be withdrawn.

4.3 VIP Program

The bge99 VIP Program has three tiers, each offering a weekly cashback:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

You can advance to a higher VIP tier through regular and active participation.

5. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

5.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bge99:

• Coordinated betting with the intent to abuse the bonus system or promotional offers.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets.
• Unauthorised access to another member's account or any attempt to hack.
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
• Intentionally exploiting technical errors or bugs on the platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or disrespecting other members.

5.2 Consequences of Violations

If a member is found to be involved in any of the prohibited activities listed above, bge99 may permanently close the account and forfeit the associated balance without prior notice. The right to take legal action is also reserved in serious cases.

5.3 Technical Errors

If the system displays an incorrect result or incorrect amount for any reason, bge99 reserves the right to void that transaction. In such situations, accounts will be corrected based on the accurate outcome.

6. Responsible Gaming
